Adriana Waggoner

Adriana (Ana) Waggoner is a nationally certified Pilates teacher through the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) and proud to hold the only globally accredited Pilates certification. As a NCPT, her goal is to heal through movement. Ana holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and has taught over 2,000 unique bodies throughout her current career. Her background includes six years as a Division 1 collegiate soccer player, which first led her to Pilates as a way to recover and rebalance from injury. What started as rehab became a lifelong passion.

Ana's teaching is grounded in both science and experience. Certified in sport psychology, osteoporosis-informed programming, and TRX, Ana brings a thoughtful, athletic, and personalized approach to every session. Continually learning and adding to her expertise is one of the many reasons she chose to be an instructor as a career.

"Becoming an NCPT was a pivotal step in my career. I wanted to be held to a higher standard, not just for credibility but also to continue growing and learning as a teacher. The certification helped me deepen my understanding of the Pilates method and expanded my opportunities. Being recognized as someone committed to the craft was essential to my passion as a student and teacher. It’s allowed me to build trust with clients and feel accepted in a professional community that values education and excellence."
